🏫 Introduction
A happy Early Childhood Center experience lays the foundation for academic and spiritual growth in the K-8 school and a lifetime of joyful learning. The goal of the SACS Early Childhood Center is to help young children gain confidence as lifelong learners. We nurture the whole child through engaging activities that promote physical movement, curiosity, character growth, social connection, and spiritual discovery within a loving, Christ-centered environment.
⭐ Mission Statement
To provide a nurturing foundation for faith and learning in a distinctively Seventh-day Adventist Christian environment that provides a safe, supporting, and stimulating early education experience for families in our community.

🙏 Our Philosophy
Savannah Adventist Early Childhood Center is operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church to provide a spiritually-oriented early learning experience for young children. A belief in the existence of the Creator God is fundamental in the philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist education. We respect His divine authority and recognize His loving care and intervention in our lives.
We believe that a healthy, safe, Christian environment is essential for the early development of the whole child—with spiritual, mental, physical, and social training of vital importance as they start their educational journey. To achieve this goal, we encourage each child to:
Grow in a personal relationship with God and others
as taught in Matthew 22:37–39
Develop curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning
Learn cooperation, kindness, and respect for others
Care for their bodies
through healthy habits and active play
The Savannah Adventist Christian School Early Childhood Center operates in harmony with the guidance and direction of the Office of Education, North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
📩 Description
Mornings are full of many learning activities, singing, socialization, and physical activity. Some of the activities will include learning numbers, the alphabet, shapes, and colors. Your child will learn Bible stories and even memorize Bible verses. Snack and lunch times provide opportunities for your child to learn proper etiquette and practice being thankful for what God has given. Those who are registered for early morning or afternoon care will follow a schedule which includes rest time, planned activities, and free play.
Teacher-Student Ratio
We have a family feel to our classrooms, with a maximum of 14 children in each Early Childhood classroom. Each lead teacher has a full-time assistant.
Preschool
A fully potty-trained child may enroll in Preschool on or after their third birthday, at any point in the year. We offer enrollment options for three-day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and five-day (Monday to Friday) programs.
Pre-Kindergarten
A child must turn four on or before September 1 to enroll in Pre-Kindergarten. Pre-K is a five-day per week program. Enrollment begins in August.
Holidays & Vacation
Students enrolled in the Preschool or Pre-K Early Learning Program will be enrolled in a year-round program (August to July). Holidays plus nine weeks of vacation are scheduled in advance, and coincide with SACS K-8 vacations and holidays. A discount will be given for up to one vacation week during the summer months (June & July), as long as vacation is scheduled with the office by June 1. No discount is given for additional days off during the year. Families who do not require summer care must provide notice and pay a hold-your-seat fee no later than April 1 to return in August; otherwise, the seat will be forfeited.
